The logo is intentionally designed to be open to interpretation, the logo mark resembling a small person listening carefully, just like the role dan and sean takes on during the client collaboration process. The collision of a perfect circle and an irregular shape also symbolizes the precise strategic planning behind the brand's organic creativity.
merch
dan and sean's creative formula follows the concept of "ordinary + 1", the result of observing the finer details of everyday life and then adding a creative twist. Therefore, our pencils are pure black from the inside out, giving the user a distinct impression while sharpening the pencil. Our team attire was a collaboration with Jay Cover, a British illustrator who depicted the team members through a simple yet organic style, and our seemingly ordinary business cards have a gold edge, only visible when looked at carefully, representing the spirit of dan and sean.
market communication
In just three months, we made our official debut in the market through two public seminars and a series of one-on-one consultations with brand owners called the "Mini Brand Workshop" - and created a distinctive presence in a highly homogeneous industry.
We introduced our positioning tools through the two seminars, attracting over 250 potential founders and business owners. In addition, the Mini Brand Workshop gave us the opportunity to meet with 26 brand owners one-on-one in the period of one week. 80% of the participants actively shared their opinions, which not only established the positioning of the brand, but also fulfilled a very precise communication campaign.
